The time has finally come to stand up and proudly proclaim golfer, "I'm a lefty – and I do not care who knows!". Gone at last are the years of the audience, "You're hitting from the wrong side!". Gone is the incessant search for a store that carries the clubs left IN STOCK. Special Order? Oh, of course – but the product is never enough on the selling floor that you could actually feel and swing before buying. Those days are done-finite-bye-bye!

Thanks to the popularity – and the ability – at least a couple lefty PGA professionals, golf is on the left hand is actually quite the rage these days. The problem of computer being virtually disappeared as manufacturers realized they were missing anywhere from 6-9% of the population not to offer left-handed golf clubs.

The two main players in the PGA responsible for this change are, of course, Mike Weir and Phil Mickelson. Both players have won major championships and both ended in the top 30 in overall ranking in 2009. Mickelson, even won the Championship Final Tournament – despite major distractions off the field. In fact, a total eight professionals who regularly play lefty on the PGA Tour. Along with Weir and Mickelson is Eric Axley, Greg Chalmers, Steve Flesch, Nick O'Hern, Bubba Watson, and Tim Wilkinson.

Russ Cochrane is a former regular who now plays occasionally on the PGA Champions Tour. And the ladies – now has a lefty of their own to cheer. Angela Buzminski – a Canadian – just taken her LPGA Tour card by finishing in the top 10 list of future LPGA Tour Duramed money in 2009. This Lefty Lady now come to display their material in a series of events in the main circuit of the LPGA in 2010.

Left handed golfers also consider our status as news channels word around the U.S. showed President Barack Obama with a game of golf last summer. Yes – the leader of the most powerful country in the world is a left-hander! The purposes of Babe Ruth, hits from 'The Other Side'. Just a couple of scores of famous lefties in history.

So – left-handed golfers of the world, it's time to step up to the tee box, go to 'The Other Side "and give it your best shot. Do it now because the time to be a lefty is right – right now!
