The first step in understanding how to achieve a balanced lifestyle is harness the power of your most important asset – You! Let me ask, when to stop growing? Most of us answer that question in terms when it stopped growing physically, but my question is when to stop growing intellectually? Most adults actively stop the development of his intellect, once their formal education ends. Wow, that's a little scary! But true.
Very few of us actively pursue education beyond what see on television or the Internet. And, even devour challenge information as truth or fiction because if we accept that on television or published in the Internet, then it must be true. This is social conformity in his prime.
